Killing Floor Patch, SDK

Steam now offers a new automatic update for Killing Floor, addressing some day one issues with Tripwire Interactive's just-released co-op shooter. Tripwire has also released the SDK for the game, offering the ability to create custom maps or conversions of the game.

Funny, was playing UT3 all today and plenty of populated servers.

Well then that bodes well for Killing Floor. The quicker new content comes out for a game, the longer lasting it is. That Titan Pack was pretty well hyped for UT3, it was like a shot of adrenaline to the game's heart. It was the first time since the week after buying the METAL BOX edition of UT3 on release day that I stopped regretting the purchase.

And they DIDN'T take 6 months to release the SDK!

the game would have been long dead if they had waited 6 months. i'm talking unreal tournament 3 levels of dead... sure, there would be a handful of servers but most of the gaming public would have moved on.
