A report on Voodoo Extreme states that Guild Wars 2 is delayed from a release that was expected this year, saying the online RPG sequel is not due until 2010-2011. We unsuccessfully attempted to follow-up on this with NCsoft, since the source of the information isn't clear, but Tadej helped out by point the way to this zipped NCsoft presentation that includes the data that indeed places the release of Guild Wars 2 in a 2010-2011 release window, with a "to be announced" label.
