AHAHAHAHAHA!
But, hey, you people had to work so hard to get all these funky DRM things working that you didn't have enough much time working on the game itself. Result: poorly ported console crap!
Oh, by the way, Rockstar: The pirates love your game. No problems anymore with any DRM shit after the release of working cracks. So, from now on, you're screwing ONLY your customers. Great job, guys. DRM reaaaaally helps you to ensure good sales, because all paying customers just love the trouble your "copy protection" (very often an "installation prohibition" or "problem inducing software" for all those NOT having a cracked version running) gives them.
But you'll never understand.
GTA 4 TW? I guess not.
And don't be afraid, I won't pirate it. It's just not worth the potential trouble. |

That being said, just cracking the DRM doesn't make it any more playable; all you now have is simply a glitchy game without SecuROM. |

I'm glad the game went through a rigorous Q&A process. |

If this game gets patched to a more playable state and there is a way to circumvent the bloatware requirements in the future, I may pick this game up out of the bargain bin. Right now I would rather install Realplayer, Norton antivirus and switch to AOL than go through the hassle of installing this as a legitimate paying customer. |

DRM is not the problem for me (paying customer). Neither is the Windows Live login.
The initial pain-in-the-ass was getting into RockStar's Social Club horseshit. Kept getting a crash after game boot "GTA FATAL ERROR: MMA10". BUT, they finally fixed their servers 24 hrs. later so that's not the problem now.
It's the INVISIBLE TEXTURE ISSUE! Still trying to figure this one out! Grrrrr |

It does run decently for some people though, including myself-having fun playing through it here, but as it goes, Rockstar should've spent a few extra weeks to iron out the issues but instead they just pushed the game out ASAP. |

Rockstar are fucking idiots. After shoving such a number of POS DRMs and APIs with the game, they deserve to sell absolutely nothing.
Of course, they'll say that piracy was the problem when the numbers come in and the number is lower than 10 million units. |

That's what I was thinking yesterday. Piracy is going to be the scapegoat for this disaster.
I was really close to buying it too, but I bought the Witcher on Monday... with that and L4D, I'm set for a while. I'm glad I held off at this point. |
