Jack will just take his crusade to the people and try to milk them for donations, and the sad truth is they're gullible enough to fall for his asinine rhetoric. He'll become more dangerous because nothing can stop him if he forms a grassroots crusade.

In all reality he is going to move to another state and try to take the bar.
Virtually impossible.
In order to be accepted by the bar you need to pass a character & fitness evaluation. Having been disbarred in one state will pretty much guarantee you fail this in any other state.
Hell, most states require a certificate of good standing for any other bars you're admitted to. Jack won't have one of those, meaning he won't even be able to apply. |

Nah. He's just going to pretend that the disbarment was against the law and that he still is a licensed lawyer.
In other words: he's going to earn his money as an "expert" on Fox News or something like that.
But still: its good to see that sometimes there is justice.

The referee has filed a corrected report recommending that respondent, John Bruce Thompson, be permanently disbarred without leave to apply for readmission to The Florida Bar. Respondent submitted a petition for review of the referee's report. The Clerk did not accept the petition for review for filing. This action was in accord with this Court's opinion dated March 20, 2008, which sanctioned respondent for abusive filings and barred him from filing on his own behalf. The sanction opinion provided, in pertinent part: "the Clerk of this Court is hereby instructed to reject for filing any future pleadings, petitions, motions, documents, or other filings submitted by John Bruce Thompson, unless signed by a member in good standing of The Florida Bar other than himself."
