| mcgee is now an expat? is this some futile attempt at running away from his reputation in the west? he can only go so far before coming full circle. |

| This is a carbon copy of the Korean made online kart game, which is very popular in China. Not sure if this is going to copy the business model as well(ie. free to play, but have to buy items for your character and kart). |

the video might have actually been ok if they didnt over-dub with the lame music (that doesn't even loop correctly). Pay a few K to have a sound guy do some kart and ambient sounds and that video would have been tons better.

Wacky Wheels split screen racing was the shit!
As for this new American Mcgee game.. I have absolutely no faith in his productions after playing Bad Day LA |

1994? I feel old....
3d realms used to do some great stuff back then. Maybe they should just ditch duke and do shareware games for the iphone or something... |

| That game was awesome. And I guarantee will be infinitely better than anything American McGee is possible of producing anymore. |

Aaaah. Yes!
That one was surprisingly good! And it probably was over a decade ago (wasn't it a DOS shareware game? Can't remember...). |

Kart games are a rough sell. They almost always suck.
This is no exception. Sure, it's concept only, but you're better off with no physics than having your character slow down every time it goes near another Kart. Better off with a wide open track than something that claustrophibic. Especially with the combination of the two.
I saw nothing there that would lead me to believe it can out MarioKart MarioKart. |

The only way they'll be able to get a Western Publisher is to add in the famed AMISH BUGGY. With it's wooden wheels and excellent turn rate at 10 mph max speeds, I'd put it up against one of them Chinese-ran carts any day. |

The game is described as an "MMO-lite racing game... I'd have to describe American McGee as "John Romero-lite"
