Unlock the Mines of Moria is offering signups for players interested in participating in the Lord of the Rings Online: Mines of Moria beta test as it enters the final stages. The offer is extended to North American and European residents, and word is they will be continually adding more and more players as the invitation-only test of Turbine's upcoming MMORPG expansion progresses.

it actually brought some innovations/improvements which WoW has later on copied i highly doubt that. care to elaborate? For example WoW just implemented an achievement system similar to the Lotro deed system. But it's pretty hard to say which game copies from which, the whole genre is evolving.
