Underground Communique, Issue #2 on the Hellgate: London Website has details on what's going on with Flagship's flagship game. They discuss testing of version 1.3, the release of a version 1.2a beta, a bit on their April Fools' frivolity, and more. Word is a couple of bugs were found after the beta patch release, and a final version of the patch is expected this week.
