Makes you wonder if the people setting up the fraud scenarios are mostly men or women. I would assume it's mostly men trying to scam, so they would probably have a baseline to work with when picking their victims (probably other men).

And the assumption that it's mostly men, when you check out the I believe they call them the 419 scammers (numbers might be wrong) the pictures they trick them into sending usually contain men...although there are a few women.

I suppose it's possible that a woman would waste cash hoping to enlarge a penis, but I think it unlikely.
