CD Cases is easy: Pop th clips on the side and open it that way, then you can get leverage on the tape. 
DVDs>? Ugh Thats another story.

I hate April Fool's day, and I hate that all the stupid on the internet invades places that it otherwise doesn't interfere with for a full day.
I hate that plastic wrapping that comes on CD cases.
I hate that sticker that runs across the top of the cd, and you try to peel it off, but you never quite get it all, and even when you do, it leaves the glue behind...
And those dvds where they put the sticker along the top, the side AND the bottom of the case, ensuring it'll take you a good 5 minutes to open the damn thing...

This obviously doesn't apply to everyone...just the folks that think the same gag year in year out is funny. I'm sorry you take offense to me being tired of the same April Fools crap every year, enjoy reading the same shit you did last year.

Agreed. It's annoying, especially when it's always the same jokes. queue fake press releases for every Blizzard game, Duke Nukem Forever, and as many as can be done for all the popular MMO's.

Well it wasn't Blizzard's joke, it was Planetdiablo's. It would be hard to get them to make a website hosted by Blizzard.
