Huh?? They can't figure out a release date until after it's DONE? You would THINK when it's done is WHEN they would release it, but I guess I don't comprehend the genius that is EA.

the long awaited patch 1.2 for Crysis A Patch that is SO long awaited most no longer care. Crysis had the potential for greatness, but Crytek & EA blew the aftersales.

I"m thinking the sudden surge in units sold is due to the deal they have with eVGA and who knows what other manufacturers to bundle Crysis with hardware.

Yes, hopefully MuzixMon it will help them put some money into supporting the game, too. I'm rather disappointed in the scope of changes in this supposed 1.2 patch which seems to be taking months to finalize. It's been quite a while since the the meager 1.1 patch. Seems rather clear to me now that Crysis will not be expediently patched to fix many issues with multiplayer. Crysis is the only game I've played where I see a fair amount of hackers disrupting online games.
I'm not playing Crysis multiplayer now because it needs a lot of patching and modding and right now it looks like 1.2 won't be enough to get me back into the game.

Funny how when the doom and gloom news came out that Crysis didn't sell well at all when it first came out everyone jumped all over it... but now it is confirmed by EA that they have sold more than 1 million copies of Crysis and sales are better than they expected on it. I forsee this game selling well for some time to come since many will buy it AFTER they have a system that could play it. So it looks like it was a success after all and proves PC games can still move off the shelves even if Sims and Wow aren't on the cover!
