There's an Adam Carpenter Q&A on F13.net talking with the creative director at Auran Games about Fury, the PvP MMOG for which he served as lead designer (thanks BeyondUnreal). The postmortem conversation goes into how development of the game progressed, an interesting read in light of its subsequent problems (story). Among other things, Adam says that too many beta testers too early hurt the game, echoing thoughts recently expressed by Richard Garriott about Tabula Rasa (story).
