November 24th. At least that's what the mega hardcore nerds at work tell me. (one of them has a "Vote Nathan Petrelli" banner on his wall. That should say enough as to his level of nerd-dom.)
But yes, that season 3 DVD set is taking for fucking ever...
And all these new HD channels are making me very happy. Just in time for the baseball playoffs on TBS too

What kind of lame-assed article was that? The majority of the "worst technologies" all turned out to be pretty decent technologies that didn't get mainstream approval. There is plenty of "worse" stuff out there.
Yeah. The DeskStar 75GXP is definitely a crappy product, but the article also seems to point the finger at the GMR heads in the drive without acknowledging that that same technology was used without issue in a number of other models and by at least one other manufacturer that I know of.
The product was crap, the technology wasn't.

There is plenty of "worse" stuff out there. Yeah, a lot of the other technologies were too obscure to qualify (but I guess that's what we should expect from a overclocking/modding website) or otherwise didn't belong.
The only one I really agreed with was the Zip drive. It was a complete stinker.

The movie that comes out in December sounds like it may contain spoilers for Season 3, even though it takes place before and during Season 2. By the way things are looking, it's going to be released before Season 3 is (since they haven't even announced it yet, and it's already October). I'm going to hold off on the movie until I've seen Season 3.
I was under the impression that season 3 and the movie were both due in December, with season 4 starting (on TV) in Jan?
But yeah, I'm not seen a concrete season 3 release date, just rumors...

I'm the same way. I've held off on watching the end of Season 2 for that very reason, and wish they'd hurry TFU w/ 3 and the movie thats coming out in Dec, also. To be honest, the Season 2 finale was done in such a way that you wouldn't be in that much suspense after seeing it. I'm not sure where you left off in Season 2, but you could at least watch the first part of the Season finale (it has two parts).

I've been waiting for the damn Season 3 DVD boxset that seems like it's never coming out. So far I've only seen the DVDs, because I can't stand the suspense from week to week (although the suspense from season to season isn't much better).

BSG has been airing on Universal HD since it started. It's shown about half a year later though, and I can't wait that long, so I've been watching on Sci-Fi. I've been waiting for the damn Season 3 DVD boxset that seems like it's never coming out. SciFi? What? How? Last time I checked there Website they said they were not broadcasting in HD!!!
Dish Network better get it soon! I mean, I still have more HD in Dish the DirectTV has now, and I have had for a while.
But damn it, I want SciFi in HD!
