A single officer could have taken him down (and already was), handcuffed him and removed him from the building, without the tackling and without the tazer

A single officer would be stupid to do that, and risk hurting them selves, the person resisting, and innocent by standards; if there were other police officers around.

I do not know why you think cop=superman that can physically control anybody.

Sure it is easy to stop somebody physically, hit them in the back of the head. The police are not allowed the same tactics you would use if somebody was attacking you. They have to protect themselves, innocent people and believe it or not, the person they are arresting.

Being tazerd to make the person submissive is a lot less likely to cause damage then dragging the person out handcuffed and still resisting.

I am not saying abuse does not happen. But this is not abuse.
