Do eeeet! Even in "beta" form, TF2 is a blast!
I
rationalized figured Valve is not going to offer any cheaper packages, Valve is only going to sell the individual games for crazy amounts, and Valve is going to heavily push the "all-in-one" packaging.
So thinking I have a
very good chance of never having a cheaper package and knowing I wanted to play/buy all three games anyway, would I like to purchase it now, gaining access to the
game beta, or wait another three or so week?
I do think the pricing scheme is sh*tty on Valve's part. And I do think Valve should give some part of TF2 free to the community that has waited since the days of HL1. Even if the non-subscribers received only a single level to play.
It will be interesting to see what magical price Valve pulls out of its ass for Ep3...
Tone down scouts, Mmmmkay?Skeptical of any real story-progression in Ep2,
Ray
