I do not have mouse lag, but the input is definitely floating just a tad. Mind you, this could very well be a design decision by Generically-Named 2K Developer. Quake controls have always been spot on for me, but some games handle it differently (NOLF was really bad with this.)
I would definitely like to see a patch to add in the ability to adjust or remove the mouse dead zone and/or smooothing. It's hard to describe and you have to be really finnicky with your mouse input, but it's there.
Just like how I refuse to go wirless due to the smallest bit of lag.
It is not too terrible, it is definitely playable as is, but that is my only real gripe. It is still better than any damn control pad. 
Using the beta drivers as well,
