| Woah, I didn't it can do dual screen. I will have to try that in multiplayer beta. I hope it works on my TV (secondary display). |

I am in beta, and enjoying it too. I love how I can jump in a middle of the game. Love those nukes. My screen goes white and I go blind. |

Loving this game |

I'm taken by surprise each time I play WiC. It's a gorgeous game that somehow figured out how to put the player right into the middle of battle.
I remember Supreme commander had all those screen shots showing you right in the midst of battle but when you actually played the game it was rarely like that, this game feels like you're constantly right on the battle field watching the chaos unfold.
And I love the combined forces aspect, each player is a part of the army and everyone gets to use air support and special attacks instead of just one person ala BF2 commander with artillery.
Love this game. Runs great on my 3200+, 7600 GT, 2GB ram system. Can't wait to get home and scorch the earth again!
Napalm and tank buster runs kick so much ass it's not even funny.

It's a fine looking game, but I'm really not sure what this video is supposed to be wowing me with... CoD2 had Z-Feathered smoke effects, Unreal 2 had particles that could be blown around, and both of those are antique DX9 games.
I guess the multi-monitor thing is nifty for this sort of game, but - like DX10 support - are there really that many gamers out there set up to take advantage of something like that?

Yeah well I have Vista & a DX10 card and assure you that right now the performance hit isn't worth the visual gain. Maybe the next generation of video cards will be better and much faster drivers will come out, too. Until then, it's not ready.
Yes it's nice that WiC supports DX10 of course!!

I'm really surprised it has DX10 support. Just another reason to buy it - it'll have upgraded eye candy when I get around to getting a DX10 card and Vista. How's that for bonus content, hah.

This game is pretty sweet, but its no reason to upgrade to vista. It still looks great in dx9.
