Not sure if looking at you during the song is supposed to be an integral part of that, though.....
At this point, not really  Just seeing if the camera and sound equipment work at all... and wanting to posting something half-decent up, out of all the footage that came out terribly.
EDIT: Just letting you know.. the iBook (that you see on the table in the beginning) is playing all the other bits - drums, synths etc. - no other "band members". 
A couple friends of mine told me they'd set up a proper video for one of my songs.. we'll see how it turns out.

And the web browsing stops now. There will be so many stupid jokes out there today that it's not even worth the effort of sifting through all of the crap. Blue, I'd recommend you take the day off too; it's gotta be even worse on you.
I think I'll spend the day with Dark Avatar. Of course, I did just spend the last two hours building myself a mighty fine empire only to have the Drengin stomp all over me. You'd think it was my fault one of their planets flipped to me after they colonized it deep inside my space. Ok, maybe I did build an influence starbase to help it along, but still....

Okay.. finally got some usable (though VERY blurred) video. Damn camera I promise I'll borrow someone else's camera next time - a camera that will actually cooperate!
The culprit camera: Canon ZR70 - has blackout issues, and, in this case at least, has a very wonky auto-focus.

We got a new guy in the office; brand new PC delivered to his cube from Dell.
It has a ball mouse.
And yeah, we all (the tech installing the thing, the new coworker, and myself) said "wtf, they couldn't spend another $5 for an optical mouse?".
I replaced my piece-of-crap non-optical, non-scrollwheel mouse with a spare from my house.

I haven't played STALKER in a couple of days, but I think the blue bar on your HUD and the one in your inventory screen are for two different things. One of them has a little brain icon underneath which I think has something to do with psy attacks.

Ok if they use an optical mouse, place a piece of tape over the optical sensor.
Why wait for April 1st to do these pranks, I've done most of these before. At one job, my only reason for showing up at work was to fuck with the idiots I worked with.

Fuck steam and their whole system.
I can not login, at all. When I try and recover my password, it says the answer to my question is wrong. But it sends me an e-mail with the question, and I get the email, with the account name.
I however email steam and they say there is no account with that email address.
I am getting really pissed here. This is now basically stealing my money.

so, something is bugging me. on the HUD my blue armor bar will grow shorter as I take damage. but, I have noticed that sometimes when I open up my inventory the blue armor bar in the inventory screen will be partially depleted, and will fully regenerate over time.
Maybe your armor (HUD bar) has a 'shield' (inventory bar), and you have to take a certain amount of damage over time for your armor to become permanently damaged? I am patched btw, no time to test now but maybe later.

haha, wow was I wrong. Its still alive, which is amazing to me.
I tried it back in mid febuary after i did a monster upgrade for Armed Assault, which the DEMO runs beautifully on my machine, and WWIIOL STILL runs like corn and peanut loaded crap, still LOOKS like my asshole after a weeks worth of taco bell and it STILL is not fun to me at all.
I LOVE the concept and I love the ideas they have for it as far as ballistics, optics, etc goes but the flight model is atrocious, still takes 10 minutes of driving/walking to get somewhere, only to die from the unseen or a lucky shot from 1200 meters away.
The sound engine is awful. SOmething that is a mile away sounds like its right up on me.
The infantry models are 1998 status and when playing as infantry, any resolution under 1280x1024(which runs like crap as far as FPS goes) makes it impossible(for me) to do any long range rifle shooting....which sucks because the FPS is just crap.
Maybe I just suck but I think Ill stick to OFP/armed assault/LOMAC/IL2 and when im feeling masochistic, aces high with its 1996 graphics engine
