Ubisoft announces that Silent Hunter 4: Wolves of the Pacific is gold, and the
latest installment in this submarine simulation series will surface in stores on
March 22 as a Standard Edition and a Collector Edition, with a third SKU, a
Deluxe Edition, only available online. Here's word, along with placeholder
pricing (or perhaps it's Roman numerals and all three versions will cost 20
Euros): London, United Kingdom – March 6 2007 – Today Ubisoft, one of the
world’s largest videogame publishers, announced Silent Hunter® 4: Wolves of the
Pacific has gone gold. Silent Hunter® 4 is the latest installment in the
critically acclaimed submarine simulation franchise, developed by Ubisoft’s
studio in Romania,
The game will be released on PC DVD-ROM, for Windows on March 22nd 2007 and will
be available in 3 different versions:
- The Standard Edition available at retail at the
suggested retail price of xx€, contains:
o The game Silent Hunter® 4: Wolves
of the Pacific on PC DVD-ROM + the manual
o A map of the Pacific Ocean
o A quick Reference card
- The Collector Edition, available at retail at the
suggested retail price of XX€, contains:

o A Recognition Manual containing the
full technical specifications of all 88 authentic looking war machines featured
in the game.
o The original soundtrack of the
game, composed and played by Rod Abernethy and Jason Graves. A great way to
plunge back into the atmosphere of the troubled Pacific Ocean!
o The official iron-on arm patch of
the game.
- The Deluxe Edition, presented in a metal box whose
metal finish is made to look like a submarine hull. With 3000 copies available
worldwide, the Deluxe Edition is exclusively available
