Battlestar Galactica & Double Fine Game Plans

A Vivendi Games Investor Presentation (thanks Gamasutra) offers a couple of revelations. One is their deal to publish a new game from Tim Schafer's Double Fine Productions (thanks Shacknews), offering no details, just listing action/adventure as the company's genre specialty. The other new tidbit is the unveiling of plans for a Battlestar Galactica game (thanks FiringSquad), though there are no details on that either, other than its 2007 release date and its target platforms of the PC and Xbox 360.

Did everyone miss the fine print that it's going to be dual ported to Xbox 360? Expect a watered down port on the PC with shoddy controls. X-Wing sim? More like Rogue Squadron.
