Hello Cutter!
As some of you are aware, once every few years I feel the need to change my online nick in order to keep things fresh. Well, I've been using Halsy a few years now and it's time to retire it. I was going to do this next week on my birthday, but who am I kidding, I'll be far too drunk.
I've gone through several nicks here since the joint opened, and this probably won't be the last either. So commence au festivale! Just remember to do a little dance, make a little love, get down tonight...get down tonight!

Have you considered taking submissions as well as using older ones? Yes. When I posted about it yesterday I said if anybody wants to create more they can and e-mail them to me, szsullivan@ualr.edu The practical limit is 280x117.
Though if I get time this weekend I might see if I can use grease monkey to modify the .css files it loads so the old logos can all fit (280x138). I make no guarantees, it might be too much work in the time I have.

Enahs, Have you considered taking submissions as well as using older ones? I'm sure between the couple hundred thousand that hit this site on a daily basis, we could knock out a few originals like you're talking about doing. We could end up with some real crap too, but the only ones who'd see it was those that used your script. might be worthwhile and fun.

Torsion / bloat -- a dog owner's nightmare. Dogs most prone to this seem to be the deep chested narrow-waistline types. Ya this is concern for my dog, couple things I heard to lessen the possibility of it happening. Feed multiple times a day, instead of one large meal 2 or 3 smaller meals. Also make sure your dog chills out for awile after eating.

God that brings back memories. Thank you. You are welcome. Unfortunately with the new design not all of the old logos will work properly. With the new design it will cut off the top 12 or so pixels of all the logos in the archive. Some of them are not that tall so it is fine, but some would look stupid. Some I can manipulate and make it work out, for instance this Worms one looks just fine with the top cut off (if you view the image you can see you are missing a worms ass flying away). Some other things can done, I have already modified 3 or 4 that will work just fine (I am just doing a bunch) and playing with the script. Later on I will only do one a week like Blue used to do, and will take time more then 25 seconds on each logo to make work for new site! Also maybe do some new ones.

DSC02239Small.jpg is priceless.
(This is the photo in which your son(?) and DJ are both leaning out the house window...) Yeah, they were waiting for the garbage truck to come down the street. Our son likes the truck and our dog just likes looking out the window.
There will come a moment when you have the chance to do the right thing.
I love those moments. I like to wave at them as they pass by. |

Crate training is bullshit. Don't do it, there's no need to, whatsoever.
I disagree
In my humble experience with a few dogs it is not needed at all. 4 years old and my dog has never once pooped or urinated in the house. Now, the first few weeks after I got him (he was probably 8 weeks old when I got him) he would get so excited and leak some, but not really pee, just leak. But he quickly grew out of it.
