Scenarios like this and many many more happened because of this individual and I have no problem wishing only agony on this sorry human being.
Still doesn't constitute justification for a painful death. We all know what happened at Enron, the results therein. His painful death is suppose to be a punishment? For what? He's dead. Doesn't change the fact the scandal occured and hundreds of people suffered because of him.

While he certainly deserved to make financial restitution I don't think he deserved to die in a particularly painful way.
really? suppose it had been your parents who got screwed out of their life savings? Suppose you owned a business whose capital had been invested with Enron and caused it to go bankrupt? Scenarios like this and many many more happened because of this individual and I have no problem wishing only agony on this sorry human being. Its people like Lay and his ilk that the "trckle down" theory of economics doesn't work and working class families are pushed farther away from an acceptable standard of living every year.
They can show a hundred pictures of him with his family, many more of him doing "charitable work" (how many of these guys would be so generous if the tax breaks for donations were to go away overnight?) and whatever spin they want to put on this old scumbag claiming he "didn't deserve it". IMO he died too fast. I wish he wouldve died in jail with a large black inmate laying on Kens wrinkled mole-ridden back , spent, whispering sweet nothings into his ear as his (Lays) heart skipped its last few beats.

I am sure lots of people are going to think this. Even if you do not it is only sane to question it and verify he truly is dead and not just trying to escape the country with all his money.
