Gold - Micro Machines V4

Witness the return of the greatest multiplayer series ever with MICRO MACHINES V4 first gameplay video is available NOW is the press release announcing completion of development of Micro Machines V4 and the release of a new trailer (registration required) from the miniature car racing game. The trailer is mirrored on 3D Gamers, FileFront, and Worthplaying, and here's word:

Remind yourself what pure fun looks like, as Codemasters unleashes the first video of MICRO MACHINES V4. Multiplayer mayhem like this is the reason friends were invented, as you can see for yourself at www.codemasters.co.uk/micromachines (in Downloads).

MICRO MACHINES V4 has now gone gold and is speeding towards its June 30th launch date for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, the PSP™ system, and PC with a Nintendo DS™ edition to follow. The MICRO MACHINES property is under license from the Hasbro Properties Group, the intellectual property development arm of Hasbro, Inc. (NYSE: HAS).

Everything you’ve always loved about the MICRO MACHINES games is back and turned up to eleven. Tiny sports cars race around the dinner table firing rockets, jam on the handbrake, turn sharply but don’t go careering over the edge!

Codemasters means Starforce (if I recall right). If so, no matter how much fun,how great,it isn't getting near my PC!!!!!!!

Re-volt for Dreamcast was great because they had a built-in track builder. That was a lot of fun!

The graphics don't look too bad actually, so it all rests on the gameplay. I'll check out the trailer and play the demo (if there is one) before deciding, as it has the potential to be very enjoyable.

Re-Volt is still one of my favorite racing games of all time.

Surprisingly great physics.

If this is anything like Re-Volt, I may have to check it out. The AI in that game was incredibly unfair, but it was still a blast.

This game might be fine on the PSP or DS, but who in their right mind would buy the PC version?
