This is probably an irrational comparison, but I'll say it anyway. Though it wasn't a bad game, there was something different about CoD2. Maybe disjointed...or the American campaign felt too generic and the Brit's too disjointed. I mean, maybe setting the Brit's in a brown land may be fun, but's cheap and boring as a setting. Now, SAS incursion's into Sicily? That would've been cool.

But I digress. SS2's strong suit is co-op, the regular single player is worth skipping over.

from the Serious Sam 2 review:

Yeah, it's still "Serious Sam", however, that sequel feels a bit different. It's fairly hard to describe it...

is this for real? Gameguru Mania will never be added to my bookmarks, based on this "review" alone.

btw, SS2 = best FPS co-op game ever.
