Zero Point Software (thanks Gamecloud and Frans) has a teaser movie and five screenshots up for Project IM, a futuristic shooter that will use the Unreal 3 Engine. There's a bit about this (in English) on French site Nofrag:

Shortly, I can inform you that "Project IM" is a next generation AAA, FPS computer game currently in the pre-development phase, and in negotiation with publishers and investors.

We have chosen Epic Games Unreal 3 engine for the next phase.

Damn, I think random.thought has a point here. But why isn't it possible for them to modify the engine to run higher resolution textures?
