6/6 and that was easy. Even though i dont actually have anti-viral software purely because i dont accept anything from anyone unless it's a trustworthy source.

I'm gonna get screwed over one day though i know

If using MS Outlook, use a special preview addon tool that doesn't do the automatic BS outlook does

Or run Outlook 2003, which doesn't have the crap in the first place.

I don't use Outlook at home, but at work it's a necessity (at least until Sunbird becomes useful -- then I can switch to Thunderbird/Sunbird. Of course, we don't use Exchange as a back end (although I really, really wish we did... what we do use sucks far worse)).

I got 6/6, but I wanted to add another answer rather than choose what I knew they were looking for.

2. When you get an unexpected attachment in an e-mail from someone that you know, you should:

E. If using MS Outlook, use a special preview addon tool that doesn't do the automatic BS outlook does, save the attachment with this tool (which typically causes your anti-virus to scream at you if it's a virus) or dump out the attachment and look at its imported functions if the virus program doesn't detect anything when it's saved. Of course, MS would never in a million years recommend that people play with fire like that, but I like to see what virus makers are cooking these days.

6/6 -- even if you don't use MS's utilities, it's not like any of the other answers make any sense.
