Right, they don't care. Plus they just shipped the HMP-A1... does basically the same thing as the iPodV and supports a much wider array of media types.

why the hell would sony ever be worried about an ipod that plays video? the fact that this question was even roused up is a perfect example of people trying to find a story where there isnt one.

When PSP Should worry about ipod:
1. A D-pad and 4+ buttons are added to it
2. they add a slot for removeable media
3. apple signs an ass load of 3party console gaming developer support.
....
now honestly do you see that happening any time soon?
