Well. Actually. No.
The idea of Green House gases was theorized based off Mercury…which is living proof that it CAN happen.
However, the person who theorized that it COULD happen hear, point blank stated that not enough information was know to make an educated guess. Not to long later, with nothing changing you then have scientist stating how we are destroying the world.
Years later…every single prediction they made has been flat out wrong. Every few years they say “ohh well, we did not know this at the time” and change there predictions. Great, scientific process. Except every time they do not learn from their mistakes, and immediately the next time declare it empirical fact that we are destroying the world at such an incredible rate. Again …2 years later they admit wrong and start the whole process over.
I should point out that all the majority accepted calculations of green house gas pollutions have flat out ignored the increase in activity of the sun in the recent years. Flat out ignored. And…guess what….the increase in solar activity within our accuracy of measurement and knowledge how it affects things counts for 99% of the minor increase in temperature…exactly. Changing data or the process of analyzing the data every two years is not necessary. Exact fit.
So again, I totally believe greenhouse can happen, Mercury is proof. I just refuse to believe we are causing it here at anywhere close to the rate “they” say. But…I still am highly for stoping pollution for other reasons.
Anyway, he still was a total fucking dumb ass idiot for saying that.
As we have proof of hurricanes like that and far worse affecting that area before America was even discovered. It was just another chance for the “environmentalist” religion to say something completely pointless but inline with there “faith”.
