Now, I have no qualms with pizza for breakfast and partake of that about once a week or so. Just gotta remember to pop the pill. Chinese food for breakfast is good, too, but that is unfortunately a rare occurance around our house.
I typically have a nice big thing of juice and either Peach or Strawberry & Banana yogurt for breakfast.
I eat very healthy…many people think it is impossible to eat good food but healthy.
Like this morning I got up early (first day of classes this semester) and had plenty of time so I cooked my self some hamburgers for breakfast!
And as far as Juice, since I do not have a sweet tooth (I am the guy that scrapes all but the thinnest layer of icing off his cake) I find I prefer the “light/lite” juices. They are not so artificially sweetened and taste a lot better to me.
If anybody is interested, Tropicana Light brand juice’s for 8 oz only has 10 calories. Minute Maid lite only as 15 calories for 8 oz. V8 Splash diet (really fucking good tasting…I mean great) only has 10 calories for 8 oz. Sunny D reduced sugar (which I have been enjoying a lot lately for some reason) has 60 calories in 8 oz, still 1/3rd of a can of cola. Through the various brands you have a HUGE assortment of varieties. Plus all the wonderful vitamins and minerals! And tasty too! The light/lite drinks have no odd after taste or anything, because they are naturally sweet so it does not take as much of the artificial sweeteners to get them just right. Still, the secret with them is to put them in the back of the fridge and get them REALLY REALLY cold.
But I always keep around some kind of softdrink, sometimes it just hits the spot.
