As promised, patches are now available to update Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
to version 1.01, adding HDTV support and some bug fixes while also removing the
ability to use the notorious Hot Coffee modification. There are patches for the
US, Euro/Aussie, and German editions of the game, available, in case there was
any doubt, on
No More Hot Coffee.
One or more of the patches are mirrored on
3D Gamers,
FileFront,
Gameguru Mania,
Gamer's Hell,
games xtreme,
VGPro, and
Worthplaying.

- Issue on all machines where certain collisions caused parts of the audio system to crash (sound effects, cutscene audio - only radio keeps going) - users know this as "Rain / Thunderstorm bug". Bingo.
- Improvements to DVD streaming. And bingo!
