I am actually still banging away at the crashing problem on my GeForce card in Battlefield 2. It turns out that while running at lower resolutions is more stable, it is still prone to the occasional BSoD with NV_DISP in an infinite loop. Guess I really am going to have to experiment with swapping this card into another machine to further isolate the problem. Sigh.

R.I.P.: Jim Aparo Passes Away. One of my all-time favorites.

Hahahahaha that Apollo page cracks me up, although I have to say the guy is thorough.

Yeah, we never went to the moon, sure. All the Apollo missions were all fake, and Jim Lovell just dreamed that he and his crew got into serious shit and orbited the moon.

Btw, the anniversary dvd version of Apollo 13 has a commentator's track that includes the actual Jim Lovell, it's awesome to hear him talk about his experiences. Well worth renting / buying.
