This Press Release (thanks Frans) announces development of an as-yet untitled shooter at Digital Illusions Canada due for release in Spring 2006. This third mystery project from the developer joins the other two untitled upcoming games they recently unveiled (story). Update: It looks like this is actually just a reannouncement (thanks SquirrelZero) of a project announced in April (story), though it does reveal a delay from fall of this year.
