I was watching a south park the other day. They showed Mr Garrison putting a tube in a S & M guys butt, then sticking a gerbil in the tube so it crawled up his butt.

Isn't South Park for kids? I literally jumped out of my chair with disbelief at what I was seeing. Gerbils up the butt of homosexuals in a kids show is OK, but Janet Jacksons big breast flopping around at the superbowl is the depths of evil.
LOL, that episode was horrible! HAHAHAHA
Anyway, the difference here is that South Park is not on a network (ABC, NBC, CBS, etc). It's on a "cable" channel, which has far fewer restrictions since you're paying for the ability to own it. Also, South Park is on after a certain time of day (10 PM), which is allowed to show more adult content shows (not porn, jsut stuff kids don't care about).
The FCC tries to ensure that "broadcast" content is overly monitored. By broadcast, I mean anyone can pick up for free with an antenna: FM radio, broadcast TV, etc. For-pay services like satellite radio, cable TV, or satellite TV have far fewer restrictions.
But yeh. The over-reaction to Janet Jackson's boob was pretty horrible. I mean, who the hell cares!?!? What I found funny was how some news channels would show a fuzzed-out version on pratically a repetitive loop while they were saying how bad it was.
Seriously, it's horrible that for weeks on end, the only thing newsworthy was the whole Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction.
Also, South Park comes with the warning beforehand that it should not be viewed by anyone, let alone those under 14.

I think overreaction to sexuality is more a function of a largely Puritan background and simple momentum rather than some kind of conspiracy.
Also, how do you train someone to be gay? Letting them see gay people "acting gay" on TV? o_O

Protecting civil rights, whether they stem from natural law or historical circumstance, is the first duty of a government of free people.
Bush is either incompotent or evil (or both).
We are only training people to be gay because it improves their ability to prepare prisoners for interrogation and because gays make better fashion designers, actors, and hair dressers.

He is right. Think about it.
You cannot see sex, the most natural thing in the world for any animal on planet earth. They tell you sex is bad, except for homosexuality which is good.
Then they tell you weapons and killing people are good. They produce training simulators like America's Army. The set people up for who they are going to kill with something like that Kuma War set in malaysia or indonesia or some other muslim majority country.
They are denying you sex, which is going to make you mean, angry and mentally crazy. Then they give you the outlet for your emotions; guns and other weapons, and a target, muslims.
Is it really that weird to see all of that? How else do you explain it? Is it only an accident that you cannot see sex or boobs, but you can see all the guns, killing, torture and homosexual encouragement you want?

Electing a president who cannot answer a simple question from a 15 year old is insanity.

Read about how they were used by the Fed as tools during times of conflict AND THEN REPEALED. Have you even read the Patriot Act? Well, at one point a while back Bush was releasing numbers saying the unemployment rate was dropping and the economy was doing better.
Everyone called BS.
The numbers they were using were people receiving unemployment benefits. Now, the problem here is two-fold:
Unemployment only lasts for so long; maybe 1/2 a year or some number of weeks. After that, you're no longer counted in their statistics.
It does not take into account people that took Mc'Jobs so they receive some income.
Number 1 was a biggie though. Technically, my mother who's been out of work since Sept 2001 is not counted on that list, even though she was actively looking for work at the time. They wre living on her retirement plan (four-o'-one-kay) until she got something last month.
My only main pete-peeve with Bush and his economy handling was when his people went up and said "outsourcing is good for the economy!" Yeh, tell that to the 6 friends of mine that got laid-off because their company decided to outsource.
Personally, I'm still undecided. It's still either "a**hole 1" or "a**hole 2" in my book. Neither are particularly great in my book.
