LucasArts Blasts onto Store Shelves with the Release of Star Wars Battlefront for the PS2, Xbox and PC is the expected press release announcing that the new Star Wars action game is in stores, coinciding with the release of the original Star Wars trilogy on DVD: "The team-based action within Star Wars Battlefront is set in 16 unique locations across 10 diverse planets including Hoth, Geonosis and Endor. Players can select one of the 20 different soldier types from each of the four factions: Rebel Alliance, Imperial Army, Clone Army and Droid Army. Each soldier has specialized abilities and the freedom to use ground-based turrets found on the battlefront as well as over 25 diverse ground and air vehicles including the AT-ST, X-wing and speeder bike."

How very asinine of you. It's always a nice ego boost to dismiss anyone that disagrees with you as a lesser being, isn't it?

Anyways, on to a more relevant comment of someone else...

Well i personally like the vehicles being tough...

So do I. That's one thing I never liked about the Battlefield games. If you run into a tank on foot, no one is ever particularly worried about it. All you do is run around and lob grenades at it. 3 or 4 and it's done and even if you don't kill it, you've at least managed to damage it halfway by yourself.

In this game on the other hand, run up to an AT-ST and lob grenades at it and you'll probably manage to annoy the pilot enough for him to kill you, but that's about it. Vehicles, particularly large ones -should- be something that you'd have to be insane to go up against alone on foot.
