Are they suing for money? For lost 'licensing fees'? No. They're suing to become insiders on the IPO. Does that even have a legal foundation? IANAL, but it sounds pretty ridiculous.

These idiots that are about to sue Google should be shot. Claiming that Google is making money because of it's name is rediculous. I don't use Google or any of it's services simply because of their name, I use it because it is the best at what it does. Google isn't popular because it is named Google, Google is popular because they are awesome. Hopefully someone will realize the idiocy in this, and kill them. Should Apple be sued because the name of their company is also the name of a fruit in which many people enjoy each day. Do Mac users enjoy their Apple simply because they enjoy the taste of a Red Apple? Hmmm? Or how about the VW Bug? I think the heir of the person who created the word Bug should sue VW! What a perfect, practical world we live in.
