I still distinctly remember the reverse patches that came with virtually every "patch" the dev team released because, on several occasions, their new "patches" caused the number of problems in the game to rise significantly more than anything else.
The "reverse patch" situation happened once. Quit exaggerating.
To respond to the "TribalWar youth" comment, I hope you mean the people from Twar who act like children, and not that everyone who is a member of the forums their, or visits the site is a child
The reference isn't about acting childish (then again, thats an accurate description now that I think about it), its a reference to "blue-eyed hitler youth" (re; the perfect race, etc) which is a phrase thats quite common though I havent a clue where it originated from. I used it to needle TW about their reputation for being a group of whining, badgering our-opinion-is-the-important-one-and-you-ruined-our-game-how-dare-you etc etc ad-naseum. Further, I beleive their influence/pressure had a direct impact on the closing of Dynamix. Rather than accept the gameplay at face value in its new direction they went on a public campaign to discredit Dynamix and the game which had repercussions all the way to the retail shelves. Even if you don't buy that theory the fact that they thought a group of people with families to support lost their jobs was high comedy is enough to warrant the above label (IMHO of course). Is every person who visits the site or posts to their forums deserving of scorn? Of course not, be sensible. Those guilty of acting like jackholes know who they are.
