I'm feeling quite a bit better today after getting my bell rung yesterday during a visit to Devicer's casa del estúpido after slipping on an icy patch in his driveway. In fact this is the same spot I slipped on the last time around, and in further coincidence, just three days shy of the one-year anniversary of the last time this same thing happened (story). I ended up with a small gash in my hand and a sore wrist, back, and ankle after landing flat on my back, but worse, I managed to clunk my head pretty good. Luckily, while ice is hard, driveways are harder, and I think hitting the ice is the reason I ended up with a mild headache and concussion out of this whole ordeal rather than worse. Anyway, I know what to get Devicer for his birthday next year: "Hey! Just what I wanted!... look honey, Blue brought me rock salt!"
