GameDaily has a response from Kyle at [H]ardOCP to yesterday's threat of legal action from Infinium Labs LLC (story). Here's a portion of the statement on how they will stand behind the article:

Bennett stated, "I have extended HardOCP.com’s pledge to correct any and all possible inconsistencies or errors in our editorial entitled 'Behind the Infinium Phantom Console' personally to Timothy Roberts and Kevin Bachus of Infinium Labs and they have yet to inform HardOCP.com of any information we presented as being not correct."

They just released a new video,must say nice graphics on the sales pitch.Well put together video.One thing i dont understand tho about Phantom,says Intel motherboard,and AMD processor.hmm and up too 300gb harddrive,add all that together and its alot more than $300us which is what i guess there saying this box will cost?another Hmmmm
