Blizzard Cofounder Departs

The Unofficial World of Warcraft Site is reporting that Allen Adham has departed Blizzard Entertainment, the publisher/developer he helped form under its original name Silicon & Synapse ("Nobody knew what a Synapse was anyway"). According to the story, Adham, who at one point served as Blizzard's president, is forming an investment company.

They did Blackthorne, Lost Vikings, Rock 'n' Roll Racing, and Justice League Task Force for SNES. Blackthorne, Rock 'n' Roll Racing, and Lost Vikings were just recently rereleased for GBA. I don't know that Blizzard is done. They haven't lost anyone important from the *Craft or WoW team, only the Diablo team and a couple executives. Though I guess the executives leaving could mean VU is overstepping their bounds into the business end of things. That doesn't automatically mean the games will start to suck.
