Well Activision was created because Atari treated it's programmers like shite. Namely they were underpaid and didn't even want to credit them their work done. So hopefully they haven't forgotten where they came from.

How do you know Activision is better than EA?
I agree with the companies running away with all the spoils. The developer through is _always_ underpaid. Programmers have turned into factory workers (ok, employed by Ford or GM)
Let's hope innovation is rewarded properly.

Haha. EA probably paid those guys squat for developing Medal of Honor. Now the principles are getting their dues. I hope that Infinity compensates their developers appropriately. The useless, selfish, undeserving management of game companies too often runs away with all the spoils.

I read in at least one place that they were going to have a really cool co-op mode where you could play through the single player campaign in multi-player.

And now I can't find any reference to them

That would have been the ultimate co-op mode. I remember the MOHAA mod which let you play the omaha beach thing in MP, even though it lasted all of 10 minutes, it was still amazing.

activision must have liked what they saw

still waiting for some more reviews of multiplayer myself though as I've heard the singleplayer was fairly short.
