3000AD sends news on plans for the demo for Universal Combat, the upcoming space simulation formerly known as Battlecruiser Generations. They provide a hedge on the "first week of October" timetable for the demo provided in the game's press release (story), saying: "The demo is coming along just fine and will be released this month ahead of the game's Thanksgiving release. All things being equal." It seems pretty logical to deduce that "this month" refers to October rather than September.
