I totally agree with the First Amendment, however there are NUMEROUS instances in our society where the line is not black and white. In my opinion this is one of them.. that is why I can see why the Sikh groups want it censored.
In American life there are a lot of instances where the First Amendment isn't fully protected even though it is the cornerstone of the way you live. The President has even disregarded it.

Many people posting to this thread are yapping about the First Amendment and how the Hitman 2 people are expressing themselves. That is fine, but keep in mind that the Sikhs are expressing themselves too.. and for ignoarant people in this thread to say "kill Sikhs" and equating them to Middle Easterner's and Terrorists are exactly what the Sikh organizations are fighting against.
Either way, a lot of awareness of what a Sikh is, that they are NOT from the Middle East, that they are not terrorists of Osama and that a lot of Sikh's have been killed since 9/11 because Americans thought they were terrorists has been shown here today from my posts.
It isn't easy arguing 1 person verson 30+, (well maybe 10 or so, since about 20 people are just antagonizing kiddies) but I think that you are all more aware about what Sikhs are and are not after reading this thread, so I think I did my job.
I don't think that Hitman 2 should be pulled off the shelves, mainly because it is too late! The damage has already been done! Just like SOF, I think the Hitman 2 crew are learning their lesson and I really doubt there next title will have an racist undertones -- which means the Sikh groups have partially won.
