Wouldn't a locksmith have cost the same as the train trip and beenmuch less hassle?
Reminds me of the story I recently heard of the lady whos Ford suv had the accelerator stick.. What does she do? burns out her brakes. A policeman pulled in front of her and used his car to stop her..
HELLO??? Why not turn off the key? |

How about some kind of moderation system which can be aplied by registered users? There seems to be an endless stream of trolls and people flaming (most of whom, I might add, aren't actually very good at it, looks quite funny :-).

I personally enjoy the breaking of the monotony that the ootb brings. These few guys that continually bitch and moan sound like they are Something Awful regulars that can only 'get their jollies' by trying to rain on someone elses' parade.
They are only demonstrating that they have NO life, since they are obviously consumed with watchdogging Blue's activities constantly. I bet they get to ride the short bus to school too. |

I happen to enjoy Blues little daily anecdotes. Theres only so much going on in the gaming world @ 6a.m. and if there IS something, its not like it'll be iD announcing the demo download site for Doom 3.
chill.

geeeeeeeeeeeeezus CHRIST people, who fucking CARES? it's a game/NEWS site - NO ONE CARES about your family losing their fucking car keys, get a LIFE! the REST of us don't GIVE a shit I think your opinion on this matters when you RUN this website. This is still Blue's site, and in case you haven't been here before, OOTB is usually a ramble on something pretty off topic.
Maybe you should go buy some Midol for that PMS. Jesus. |

Apparently someone is either a newbie or can't read. The "Out of the Blue" section is specifically done by Blue to talk about anything he wants. The news is what's posted above it.

Wallet Key |

I've locked myself out once or twice (or thrice!). Thankfully, I've now got a wallet key I got from AAA Motor Club. It's a credit card-sized piece of plastic with a key cut into it. Fits nicely into the wallet with no bulge.
I've only had to use it once, but it worked great. Unlocked the door and started the ignition. A life saver! (well, embarassment saver, anyway)

Mr. Blue: Have them leave a spare key with you. This way you can use/move their car the next time they leave it in your driveway, at least. Better yet, let Hudson keep a spare. brother19 |
