On March 25, Battlefield 4 Premium members on consoles will be able to experience the ultimate sea-to-sea warfare in the third expansion pack for Battlefield 4. Battlefield 4 Naval Strike takes the intense and dramatic water-based combat introduced in Battlefield 4 to four all-new maps set in the South China Sea while introducing a new game mode and vehicle.
However, we are delaying the launch of Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC. We’ve detected an issue and it needs to be solved. Quality is our number one priority and we will not release Battlefield 4 Naval Strike on PC until we feel it meets the highest quality level possible. Once we have a confirmed date for PC, we’ll be sure to update those players on our official channels. We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing everyone on the Battlefield.

fix an issue, yeah ok
the titan mode in 2142 was better
In this Naval Strike mode they had to cut content due to console limitations that PC's don't have.
I'm not sure that's due to a console limitation, from the videos it seems the aircraft carriers are really cramped quarters with long tight corridors. Getting out of the carrier would just be a long boring walk back out again. It's really just conquest with a rush mini-game that you can play or not, it's it's not like 2142 where you actually had to blow up the reactor.
The real console limitation is that almost all the maps are designed around max 24 players on older consoles, they make no concessions for 64 player matches for modes like Rush. Unless the teams are stacked it's hard to get a win on the Rush maps.

LOL it didn't stop them before!
Yeah, but things change when you get sued...by your own shareholders.
Not really, that went nowhere fast.

Can't say I'm really surprised. I still enjoy BF4, but damn, they have some of the worst QA I've ever seen. Every patch just introduces new issues. I don't remember BF3 having nearly as many problems.
Maybe we'll get another month of free battlepacks!
