Well we know the u.s. government won't ever since Manning was not offered a pardon, and whistleblowers are prosecuted left and right here, its a runaway police state, plus if they did offer asylum that would be an admission that they are wrong. They joke about assassinating him too, and I bet they would love to rendition him to some hidden CIA base for torture-time, they are just damn fascists.

Which, I might point out, was supposed to end with the end of the Bush-Cheney adminstration. As I have been saying all along, there is FAR less differerence between the Republican and Democrat parties than people think. Slimy is slimy; a politician is a politician.

Speaking as your neighbor to the west, its much worse here and the few people here who are concerned about privacy and law and how the public is informed look up to you guys. Just look at the difference between your pirate party and ours. so I think your being a bit harsh, of course it can be better but believe me it can be a lot lot worse

Well the pirate party here is a big joke to the actual netizens for various reasons, but mainly because they claim they are super democratic, yet fail to understand that a party can't be run by majority votes over every, single, issue.

I give you that it's worse in other nations, but it's not good here either. Germany especially should be far more conscious when it comes to espionage alá Stasi.

Because the dirty whore from Germany decided she likes to be watched. (It's a funny)

Sadly it's not far from the truth.... As a German I am absolutely disgraced and ashamed by my fellow Germans, as-well as the Governments response to this.

90% in this country, literally do not give a fuck. Because they are too stupid, seriously. They do not, comprehend, the NSA leaks, at all. They do not understand the consequences and ramifications. Even if you explain them they openly tell you "I have nothing to hide" and then 2 weeks later it turns out they downloaded child-porn.

Yes, we have fucking retards like that.

God, I hate, this, country. But I don't other countries are much better.
