Out of the Blue

I caught up with the first three episodes of the second season of Banshee last night. I don't know if it really qualifies as great TV, but I sure do enjoy it, and I think it does a pretty impressive job as one of those dramas that manages to succeed without any sympathetic characters and a minimum of comic relief, making it a very unconventional show, in spite of its reliance on formula.

Vaccination does not cause autism, there is literally no science to support it

Until the cause of autism is found, I think it's a bit brash to rule out vaccinations as a cause. If someone is genetically predisposed to autism, the precipitating factor may very well be the introduction of the vaccine during a particular period of brain development.

sometimes you have shitty luck and are powerless to change the situation.

Seems a bit contradictory. If you believe in science, then there's no such thing as luck.
