I still use winamp as well...not a fan of itunes (don't use it any more than I have to). Tried media monkey recently and wasn't happy with it...

Yes for me. I still use the classic and midern GUIs and not many addons (do use those game music addons to play old game music like from TG-16/PC Engine). Customizations! I do turn off most of the effects like visualizations and audio. Addons and support are the big things for me like with Mozilla's web browsers. I hated the bloated Winamp v3-4 versions though.

It does! But I've been using the same version 5 for years, still using the classic/simple skin etc. You may or may not need a FLAC plugin depending on how old your installer is, but other than that, I have no idea what you could possibly need in an update...
