If you see anything about "check out" you are going down the wrong path.

(yes I know you fixed it, but reading from the responses there may be others who still need the info)

Damn! I want this so bad and the stupid code won't work when I put it in the promo code section under check out. Says invalid promo code. What gives?

Never mind! It pays to read the instructions, lol. Worked for me!

"The single-player campaign was really good too"

I am actually replaying the sp campaign atm. And it is good. Accept for the kiddie button mash sequences. And even these wouldn`t be bad if they allowed us to remap the Space Bar and E keys. I never... NEVER use the wasd crap. I always remap to the numpad.

Think maybe I`ll map my Razer Nostromo for BF 3 so I don`t have to reach into the No Mans Land WASD area of my keyboard when the button mashes pop up. lol Prolly need to do this for BF 4 as well.

For someone that is almost completely 'SINGLE-PLAYER' -centric, I rather enjoy BF3 online. The single-player campaign was really good too. It didn't just feel 'tacked on'. I almost put out for 'Premium' but I don't play MP that much to justify it. Though having some of the DLC would be pretty cool, especially for the ultra low price of 'free'. All that having been said, I can't see why DICE and EA can't setup the BF games to be like their predecessors and have bots along with the multi? I mean, is it really that hard? You have a single-player campaign with AI already, how difficult would it be to add the same options as BFs' 1, 2 and Vietnam? Perhaps that would push it a dollar over margin? I mean, we are talking about EA, here, yes?

No, there's more than just you

Thing is, those ppl who do a lot of multiplayer frequently buy DLC. So a lot of companies focus on that.

Jumped on BF4 for 35$ on GMG ;/ Argh, I am gullible.

Arg did you use a code for that? Or did I just miss a sale listing.

25% pre-order bonus and a bunch of "credit" do this for you. And I actually mistyped this, i meant 35 , not 35$ (sorry ,p) .. on GMG you have to pay for BF4 in UK Pounds, so 25% off and my credit put it down to whatever was 35 back then...

Compared to 60 on Origin/Amazon I though it was a great deal...

yep...imagine that...

Regional and expired June 18/19. (I think) Doesn't work for me. Can't redeem as a game, can't enter as a promo code, can't click my heels three times and say "BF3E3"....

It don't work. Which is cool. I don't play multiplayer much and am one of the few people on the planet that apparently only likes these games when they have a strong single player aspect. Since none of the DLC adds anything to single player, I am not missing out on anything. Free was a great price for nothing, too bad I missed it.

Whenever I have a question like this for GMG, I check the GMG blog:
http://blog.playfire.com/
And sure enough, there's a 25% off code for BF4 pre-order (although its european orders only, one of those publisher requirement things). Dunno if the code is still active.

"this code is already in use" what a joke.
While I agree with the sentiment, did you RTFA?
Or even read this thread?

"redeem product code" is the key phrase here.

i'm pretty sure that's a type, pretty sure it's the last CoD game that's actually on sale for $5 and they're giving a DLC pack out for free...

This is sort of old news, because this freebie deal started already last week, and end date is June 18/19 depending on region and platform. It won't be free for long. Also BF3 is on sale for $5 right now as well until June 19.

Game Informer page is broken. The code doesn't work on either the Origin website or inside Origin itself. I guess it's a regional thing as always.

Edit: Oh, you just redeem it as a game, not use it as a voucher.
