So will any authorities go to PRISN for PRISM? Not.

Tell me what law they broke?
You're the tin foil hat wearer, you should be focusing less on how none will be punished and more on how none deserve to be as they didn't overstep any powers and didn't break any laws.

You really don't think the NSA broke any laws or didn't overstep boundaries and clearly violated the 4th amendment?

Didn't break any laws?

ACLU NSA Lawsuit: PRISM Violates the First and Fourth Amendments Of the Constitution.

Well yeah, I guess they didn't do anything wrong if you ignore that pesky document they call the Constitution. Also they've overstepped their mandate. And of course they've broken a slew of international laws by spying on people in other countries. So yeah, what did they do wrong, huh?

Cutter, you misread me and act like I'm defending them.
The ACLU is suing, but the government's stance is that they have the power to do this, and, by most accounts it appears they do.

To me, them passing legislation that lets them do this is worse than them sneakily doing it.

"Nobody wants to be nobody in America. Ed is the apotheosis of a prevailing American syndrome. It used to be that someone became famous because they were special. Now people are considered special just for being famous. Fame, itself, is its own virtue.
