| Then you guys are lucky. Doesn't change the fact that the majority of Americans have caps (Comcast, AT&T, Cox, Charter, etc). There are too many places where monopolies exist for cap-less to be a real option for most people. Where I live, it's either Comcast for cable, AT&T for DSL (not high-speed U-verse, only 6mbps), or some other shitty company for satellite because they're available pretty much anywhere. I dream of the day someone gets off their ass and spreads some fiber around here... As it is, only major metropolitan areas like SF and LA have that. |

| So that's what was in that gigantic goddamn patch that is almost as large as the entire goddamn game installation, which I promptly canceled and uninstalled the game because nobody ain't got time fo dat from something I haven't even tried yet. We may have high-speed internet these days, but we DON'T have infinite goddamn bandwidth allowances to waste on your needlessly large updates... |
