My mention of the ragù Bolognese yesterday inspired a couple of requests for the recipe, which is easy since it's Mario Batali's, and it is posted online. The reason this recipe helped get me on the right track, however, is that I watched this video of Mario making it, which for one thing changes some of the proportions, and for another, shows some nuances of how to proceed that differ from the printed version. I had this happen awhile back for the first time, and it blew my mind. Roman and I out, and I had to drop him off somewhere. Only apparently he felt his door was a little too blocked, so he's saying these nice things ("Thank you cousin!", etc, etc) then punches Nico in the jaw and shoves him out the driver door. Laughed my ass off!

There's so many little details in that game, that I still find new stuff I've not noticed before, years later...

The Worst Taxi Driver in GTA History.

Just cranked down the friction and shot the tires out....be better if it was something wacky int he actual game - but that is modded like mad. That GTA vid from last week when he jacked a car and then got smashed by that box truck was hilarious. Probably also not random, but more likely than this.
